On this week’s podcast we’re welcoming our first official guest to the “new look” PDO and are thrilled to have Ty Hildenbrandt, one half of The Solid Verbal, join us on the podcast!

About Our Guest

Ty Hildenbrandt has been podcasting since 2008, when he and co-host Dan Rubenstein started The Solid Verbal, perhaps the longest-running podcast dedicated to college football there is. Ty combines wit with deep knowledge of the sport of college football, and the Solid Verbal is a must-listen staple of any college football fan’s podcast rotation. Over the years Ty and Dan have honed their craft, enabling them to pursue podcasting as a full-time endeavor.

It is especially fitting that Ty be the first “official” guest on the new PodcastDelOso, since Ty’s assistance was instrumental in me getting into podcasting in the first place. Back when we were starting OurDailyPodcast in 2013, Ty graciously responded when I reached out, answering questions and talking shop with me for hours as we were getting the show off the ground. Without Ty’s assistance, I don’t think that PDO would be here today. I’m grateful to him for agreeing to join us on this week’s show.
