The big-bodied Tounde Yessoufou will bring physicality to the wing for Baylor in 2025. As the No. 17 recruit (247Sports), he’s right on that line between one-and-done or multi-year impact guy. Could he be Mark Vital with a 3-point shot? I won’t shame you for asking the question.

And let’s remember, folks. Scott Drew is the OG of Bags U. He was hauling in stud recruits (without any NCAA violations!!) when Dave Aranda was still chillin’ out in Hawaii.

Since the national title season, Drew has put together combinations of stable transfers and young talent (James Akinjo/Jeremy Sochan in 2022, Jalen Bridges/Keyonte George in 2023, RayJ Dennis, JaKobe Walter in 2024) that have kept Baylor at the top of the college game and relevant in NBA conversations. Yessoufou could be the next piece of that conversation.
